KHULA ASMAN PROJECT
The KhulaAsman Project is a transformative initiative to address learning gaps among students aged 5-11 (Grade I to Grade V). Operating in three education centres, this project pioneers a student-centred, activity-based classroom approach.
Utilising tablets and the BookSmart App facilitated in collaboration with WorldReader, the project not only introduces students to the joy of reading but also enhances language learning outcomes. Recognising the need for a comprehensive language learning experience, the project incorporates various key resources, including lesson planning, group work, and more. Through targeted training sessions, education facilitators are equipped with the tools to administer effective classroom practices. The KhulaAsman Project is not just about teaching, it is about creating an immersive and enriching learning environment that nurtures the holistic development of every child.

PRAGATI PROJECT
An initiative by the Foundation to Educate Girls Globally, Sahaj Sansthan has been part of a cohort of implementation partners in Rajasthan since 2022. Pragati offers a second chance to girls from 14 to 29 years who have dropped out of school to enrol and complete Grade 10 through open school. Preraks are identified at the village level to support the girl in their journey to prepare their documents, enrol into open schools, prepare mentally and academically, take the examination and plan their careers after completion.

BUILDING INFRASTRTUTURE
AND CAPACITIES
Schools are a space for the mental and physical development of a child. Children in rural areas aspire to learn and earn economic independence, but the school conditions may not be conducive to such learning. Sahaj has found many infrastructural gaps due to poor management and systemic callousness. We connect partners who wish to make a difference in these neglected areas where the community is willing to maintain and use the facilities. Solar lamps, benches and desks, libraries, laptops, sports facilities like basketball courts, drinking water supply, teacher support and bicycle scholarships are the kinds of assistance we have given through our partners.
